Trust Automation is looking to add a SENIOR EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE to its growing team. This is a full time position with benefits, located in San Luis Obispo, CA.


Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry; work with the CEO to help develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to grow sales revenue; ensure profitability and balance growth as an organization; oversee company operations to insure sales achievement, production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources to achieve desired ROI.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Marketing
  • MBA highly desired
  • 10 years' experience in a senior management leadership role, with an emphasis on sales/marketing in new and emerging markets
  • Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
  • Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
  • Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, Trust Automation's board of directors, and staff
  • Passion for Trust Automation's mission
  • Experience working for a government contractor (military/defense) or medical device (FDA) manufacturer subject to ISO 9000/9001 standards and practices is an asset


  • This position requires successfully passing a background check, prior to the first day of employment
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
