Trust Automation is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers.

Summary
Perform assembly of motor and motion control products, circuit boards and power supplies. Tasks include prepping of components, assembling and soldering components onto circuit boards, staking, masking, and some mechanical assembly and operation of process equipment. We are seeking assemblers who are qualified in solder skills and who are able to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and component values. This is a full- time position with benefits, located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  
 
Requirements
  • HS diploma/GED required
  • 2-5 years' relevant experience as an Assembler/Technician in a manufacturing organization
  • Experience with proper soldering techniques and ESD prevention
  • Clean room environment experience a plus
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and complex drawings/diagrams
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use common hand tools, calipers, micrometers and other measuring and test tools
  • Proficient with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, various meters, function generator, power supply) highly desired
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • This position requires successfully passing a background check, prior to the first day of employment
