Trust Automation is hiring for a Sales Support Administrator

Provide Administrative support to the Sales and Customer Service team. This includes data tracking, updating and compilation, report generation, customer/supplier communications, databases and spreadsheet management and other duties as assigned. In addition, the Sales Support Administrator is responsible for office duties including front-desk reception, guest visit coordination, scheduling meetings, managing conference room calendars, special events organization, and general office duties. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time position with benefits, located in San Luis Obispo, CA. 
  • HS diploma/GED required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years' of experience as a Sales Support Administrator or Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access, Visio
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe
  • Exceptional telephone interaction skills and strong email communication skills
  • A willing team player who is adaptable and happy to do a range of office work from basic to more complex
  • Ability to ensure and influence customer satisfaction by demonstrating tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Excellent written and diplomatic oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
  • Confident, proactive character, ability to take the lead in challenging situations 
  • This position requires successfully passing a background check, prior to the first day of employment
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
