Trust Automation is a fast growing company in San Luis Obispo, CA. We are seeking MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLERS to join our team.

Summary
This role performs assembly of motor and motion control products, circuit boards and power supplies. You will work directly with the Manufacturing Manager and other members of the team to support the company's Manufacturing strategy. Responsibilities & Requirements 

Activities include prepping of components, assembling and soldering components onto circuit boards, staking, masking, and electro-mechanical assembly of systems.

A successful candidate will have:

  • HS diploma/GED 
  • 2-5 years' electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing organization
  • Experience with proper soldering techniques and ESD prevention
  • Clean room environment experience a plus
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and complex drawings/diagrams
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use common hand tools, calipers, micrometers and other measuring and test tools
  • Proficient with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, various meters, function generator, power supply) highly desired
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
